Reduce the Time it Takes to Create Quotes
PowerQuote is a powerful application that lets users quote complex products quickly, easily and with a minimum of training. It reduces errors when quoting, since its wizard literally walks sales personnel through the process from start to finish.
With a click of a mouse, information can be accessed quickly for more accurate quote building.
PowerQuote Provides:
- Faster Quote Generation: creating a quote only takes moments, since it automates the entire process from initial requirements gathering, through quote generation, report creation, and billing information.
- User-Friendly Interface: PowerQuote provides quick access to important information. All product lines are listed on the left, and any line and its options can be selected with the click of a mouse. Specific features include:
- Expanded product information that can be viewed simply by moving your mouse over a product button or clicking on a magnifying glass next to a product name
- Quick Schedule calendar for entering in appointment times, that can be flagged with special alerts
- Loan Calculator: compare a range of years and rates in moments.
- Quote Manager: gain access to all historical quoting information. Selections include “All Products”, “Product Lines” and “Product Models”, or apply filters to view quotes by status (complete vs. incomplete), or by date ranges.
- More Accurate Quotes: mistakes are eliminated, since the system “flags” problems, product conflicts or when further action is needed to satisfy the choice of a selected part. Customer confidence increases with the knowledge that the product will meet their needs.
- Reduced training time: PowerQuote shows exactly how to generate quotes on complex items.
