Q. Where is the iLOR Search Engine
A. iLOR Search was part of a joint product solution with a third-party search results provider. Virtually identical results may be found by using AskJeeves.com as your preferred search engine.
Q. What do Hydralinks CE and Hydralinks ICE do?
A. The Hydralinks product suite provide a patented approach to data aggregation, correlation and collaboration. While many products in the industry claim the collaboration moniker, Hydralinks is capable of operating across over 99% of the deployed client systems in the world today and over 90% of the deployed server systems. This means that irrespective of where your data resides: mainframe, open systems (UNIX), Linux or other platform Hydralinks can be used to aggregate that data, correlate it into meaningful information and then provide a secure, encrypted means for sharing that information across the enterprise.
Q. How “secure” is Hydralinks ICE?
A. Hydralinks ICE is currently being evaluated at the Common Criteria – Evaluation Assurance Level Two (CC-EAL-2) level. The system is capable of using a broad range of authentication and authorization including LDAP, x500, x509, biometrics and one-way hashed username/password pair. All system data is sent via SSL encryption, consequently no information is ever passed in the clear.
Q. What platforms does Hydralinks ME work on?
A. Hydralinks ME is in early beta stage however the target platform for this capability is Palm-based Smart-phones (Treo 600, 650) and Microsoft Windows Mobile Devices (Mpx220, Axim x50).
